This ain't going to fly.

::Rant::
As I sit here, I am trying to remember back to what I thought today would be like. Regardless of how I approached the day, I have to say I am not happy as to how it turned out. Our scheduling has been changed, for the worse, the classrooms rearranged for the worse on a whim of a director, and all the time when we speak up, they didn't listen. Samantha and I vow to straighten it out tomorrow with Grace, as it is obvious to us that some of these changes aren't getting our approval or consent before they are getting done. Things are being changed for the worse and there is no reason for it as of now.

I know it's the cultural differences that should be taking most of the blame here. In Korea the normal boss/employee relationship is that the boss tells the employee what to do, and the employee agrees, no matter if they know better, or can do better some other way. It's unquestioned.That crap isn't going to fly with this business trained American. No f^*#ing way.

Something is going down tomorrow. If it doesn't get settled soon, it's going to get worse. As reluctant as I am to get involved in politics and details, this crap isn't going to be putting me in an exhausted terrible mood every day for no reason. I don't have the patience for it. It's going to get settled.
