La La La...
I got invited out last night to go drink a few beers for the first time in a little while. I managed to meet Sun-ye's boyfriend last night. He seems like a nice guy and a good match for her, as Carey and I talked about it later. I also managed to find a good domestic (Korean) beer that I liked, so I know what I will be ordering in the future.
Sun-ye also trained her replacement yesterday, and I of course already forgot her name. The girl seems like a good match for the school, and she said that she likes kids, which is tremendously important. I really didn't have a chance to talk to her much, I think she's less bilingual than the rest of the staff though.
I am currently ending a marathon game of "Yahoo Graffitti", which is a very fun game to kill some time if you have some artistic talents. I'm sort of avoiding the school, as Samantha was given the task of "Educationally Babysitting" as I call it, again. No thank you, unless I see some overtime (which I won't) I don't think I want to spend one of my days off with the Director's kids....again....ugh. The older girl was getting upset because at dinner we kept bitching about how her father treats his teachers. Probably not a smart move on our part. I really don't fear losing my job because I have 100% Job security being an American teacher here.
