Not supposed to talk about this but...

Last night after I collapsed from sitting in front of the computer all day, I popped in "Fight Club" in my Ps2. It was partially because Gizmo in the forum was shocked as I didn't recognize a quote. I don't sit around memorizing movies like I used to with "Pee Wee's Big Adventure" when I was a kid, but still, I was a little annoyed I didn't really know what the hell he was talking about at all.

Instead of sitting thought the entire for a quote that happens in the last ten minutes, I decided to turn on the actor/director commentaries. This very cool feature allows you to hear what they thought about the film as you watch it.The things I got from watching "Fight Club" this way were, one, the line I must of missed every time I've seen it, and some interesting opinions from the actors themselves. Worth watching once at least in my opinion just to listen to how intelligently Edward Norton approached this movie.

As a little random aside: I also played Go Fish for the first time since New Year's Eve today. I end up playing it often with my students. For the first time in the last three games I've played, the intial cards handed to me didn't spell something out. Three games ago, geek that I am, I got dealt "Linux". But, on New Year's eve I was dealt, in order, "drunk". Amazing coincidence, as that was what I was planning on being that night. It's like the lottery that was "2-0-0-2" on New Year's, but without all the office pools and with more Gin and basic reading skills. I thought I should add that in somewhere in a post, before I forget it completely, and this seemed as good as any place to throw it in to a non-related post.
