True, they were in my heyday, but I was telling everyone in my class “They suck” way back then too. Pop music has always sucked.

I recently began reading your blog daily for a laugh about teaching in Korea. Your rant about the weird Korean co-worker was hilarious. I too used to feel out of the loop about new music, until I started reading a few quality music blogs with MP3 links. It’s a great way to keep up, if you really care to. I’m a music nut though, while you seem to be more of a gaming fiend. Anyhow, thanks for your posts, they are really enjoyable. You have gotten me thinking about starting my own blog, even after 11 years here in the ROK I guess its better late than never. Gary in Pohang
