		<description>Yeah, except that it's gone from "relaxed, yet better money making" hours to "work all day, make tons of cash, come home exhausted" hours so quickly that my head is still spinning. 

Not only that, I now am getting other responsiblities like book planning and organization being added to my list of duties that would have been shared. I just got here three weeks ago, and now they want me to plan what 10 classes are using for the next sememster, develop syllabi and create homework schedules for each level? 

Yeah, right, that's possible when I have no free time and can't even eat lunch at home anymore. The problem is they expect to have a foreign teacher the week after the next semester begins, so I can't wait for consultation and planning. It's also a good bet that if the person is fresh from abroad, they won't know what the hell they are doing anyway, so not only will I be organizing the schedules, I'll be training the new person as well.

At least I'm no longer salary. I'd be pissed if my hours nearly doubled per day and I didn't see more cash as a result. Now, as long as I do my job, I see more money, which I do like.</description>
