Have you considered getting a CELTA? I took a CELTA course at the British Council in Seoul, and it really improved my confidence (and competence) in teaching uni students.... Also, have you tried using ELEMENTARY COMMUNICATION GAMES or INTERMEDIATE COMMUNICATION GAMES by Jill Hadfield? I've used a lot of the games from these books to supplement my uni classes, and the students love them! (If you'd like to talk about what works/doesn't works in uni classes, please feel free to drop me a line: this username at gmail. I'm no expert, but I'm happy to bandy ideas!)
