I had a similar experience with a mobile phone I found on the street a few weeks ago.
I was tempted to make a number of international phone calls to friends and relatives and throw it away,
but honesty overcame me. Instead I played one of the games on the phone for a bit ( got a high score!)
and handed it in to the police at a small police box in the area. I hope they can trace the owner.
I wonder if they will notice the new hi score :)

If there was, the information was in Korean, and probably the service was too. I'll let my relatives sort it out.

Wasn't there a free phone number on the back to report a card lost or stolen? Next time, I'd recommend just calling that, reporting the card "found," and telling them you'd destroy it immediately. Then they could cancel the card, call the owner, and issue a new card.
