Funny. There is big news story here about how they changed the daylight saving day a few weeks early to save on energy and turns out that it never did. Oh well, atleast someone is trying something if failing miserably at it even. On the same sort of note: SF is banning plastic grocery bags, and some stupid city in the so-cal is banning all smoking in public parks and beaches. Pretty soon, we will all be living with rules just like being in prison? Still funny. R. Victor Hehehe!! Funny.
