		<description>I remember I once had problems with three boys who would go and hide in another classroom and then walk in with smug grins on their faces 15 minutes into the lesson.  After they did it twice in a row I brought chocolates to class and handed them out to everyone who was on time.  I told the punctual attendees not to eat their chocolate until the others arrived.  When said latecomers arrived, their big grins didn't last long when they saw everyone else in the class making a big deal of eating candy.

They were never late again :)</description>
