I remember buying my apartment, it was a real sense of satisfaction, but also a big responsibility. I've no regrets. In fact, I still own the place after 16 years, even though I don't live there any more, it's rented out at the moment. But there is something reasurring that if for some reason everything here in Japan falls through I could go back to my place in London and have a roof over my head. Congratulations.
